Via an in-house quarterly feedback system it was highlighted that the packing of despatched hire tools was very basic. Tools had also been returned on occasion due

to damage which could have been prevented through correct packing. 

As a result, iNPIPE HIRE™ have invested into a range of new metal transit cases. From 1st February, all hired Dual Tools will be despatched in this new high quality packing; reflecting the quality which is inherent throughout all aspects of iNPIPE HIRE™.
